Closing the Bones
For anyone who has gone through a transition and wants to be held as we close that chapter of their lives

Choosing me to support your postpartum means you will have someone solely there to take care of your wellbeing. I come with experience from my own pregnancy and postnatal as well as everything I am learning, and continue to learn the traditional ways. I know how important and vulnerable the postpartum period is. Having had my own struggles with feeding, post birth figure, and managing other people’s expectations for me and my baby. It is my role to guide you back to your own wisdom and encourage you that you truly have got this.

Ayurveda may be unfamiliar to you—or perhaps you associate it with something your grandmother received, a traditional massage in her later years (as I did in my own family). Though the full study of Ayurveda spans years, even lifetimes, its essence is simple: the mind and body are not separate, but one. For you as a new mother, this means I see all of you—your tired body, your shifting emotions, your need for deep rest. I bring nurturing methods passed down through generations and healing recipes to support your whole recovery after birth.

This makes me smile—I'm so glad you have people around you. Here's what I can add to that beautiful foundation: I bring traditional healing methods—nurturing touch, restorative foods and drinks—that work alongside the love your family already provides. I'll teach them how to prepare these foods and offer you massage, so when our weeks together come to a close, they'll have new tools to continue supporting you in deeper ways

I will be there in person for 5 days the first week postpartum, 4 days the week after, 3 days on week 3, and gradually reduce my in person visits until your baby is 6 weeks old. I am available on the phone or virtually for the whole 40 days.
